Stupid Spammers: “your credit cars account”

In another rousing episode of Stupid Spammers, we have Chase Credit Cars.
That is not a typo, at least not on MY part.

This is an Alert to help you manage your credit card account.

As you requested, we are notifying you of any charges over the amount of ($USD) 200.00, as specified in your Alert settings. A charge of ($USD) 251.55 at Yahoo Store has been authorized on Wed, 10 Oct 2012 23:52:39 +0300.

Do not reply to this Alert.

The links are obvious bogus links masked as Chase official ones. But, what gets me is that the whole email is suspect just on the fact that the subject was “Chase: your credit cars account”… Credit…CARS?! Come on, spammers! At least NOT have a typo THAT bad. Funnier yet, I just noticed the reply address says Sprint. Really now. At least spoof the SAME company’s email address.

Also note the charge they came comes from “Yahoo Store”. Really? Which freakin one? There’s like a bazillion of them.

For the record, I NEVER have HAD a Chase card. Nothing against Chase. Just don’t have one and don’t WANT one.
